Assist lead designer with all design drawings, computer work and organization of material’s library.
Computer programs used were mainly design software’s such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop but also included Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
Organization of the library consisted of sorting and dividing fabrics and materials such as wood, tile, and stone by colors and pricing into designated areas.
Assist with customer phone calls such as tile or fabric vendors to inform about measurement and design updates on projects as well as updating said information on the projects schedules by using Excel.
Assist with ordering products through vendors websites for the warehouse such as kitchen, bath, living room and miscellaneous décor items.
Assist with checking and updating warehouse inventory such as creating new labels for new products using Microsoft Word and then physically attaching labels to such items.
Assist with specific design and décor installations at job sites such as arranging kitchen, bath, and living décor and mounting miscellaneous décor in their designated spots such as picture frames and artwork.
Progress photographs taken of these job sites from beginning to completion of the project were then added and managed into OneDrive for the team to access.
Assist lead teacher with the lesson plan for each day while also caring for the children which included meal time, nap time, educational time, and play times.
Assist with keeping the children’s individual charts updated so the children's parents could have full knowledge of their child's progress throughout the day.
Children were ages 1-3.
Scan vehicles precisely and adequately to match pricing tag and work order history to vehicle ID.
Properly inspect vehicles to verify that correct literature, parts, and installations are correctly processed and installed properly.
Move vehicles to designated areas for further vehicle production processes.
Assist patients, medical assistants, nurses and doctor's for any inquiries such as scheduling appointments, verifying patient's insurances, obtaining medical records, sending and receiving faxes, and making phone calls to patients for any related services.
Redirect or communicate any kind of requests from patients to coworkers using Microsoft teams, outlook, word, presentation, or excel.
Maintain a tranquil flow of patients by checking them out of their appointment time and fulfilling any needs the patient may have such as printing referrals, printing excuse notes, or scheduling follow up appointments.
